One year experience in TRACO CABLE COMPANY LIMITED (A Kerala Government Company) as Graduate Apprentice Trainee. (Associated with the following works given below)

The installation work of 11KV VCB panel, outdoor TOD Meter / CT PT Unit installation in substation.

Erection & Commissioning of PLC controlled cable manufacturing machines - Skip Bow Strander , Rod Break Down Machine , DT Laying up & Dual Coiling Machine.

Supervising the breakdown maintenance / preventive maintenance of all machines.

Production Planning, Production Scheduling and preparation of the Daily Production Records and Manufacturing of ACSR conductors, Weather Proof Cables, Control Cables, XLPE Cables and Paper Insulating conductor.

Testing of the raw materials , ACSR conductors, Weather Proof Cables, Control Cables as per IS specifications.

Five months work experience in web developing/designing and digital marketing in spare parts trading company, Dubai.

3 Year experience in SFO TECHNOLOGIES(A NEST GROUP COMPANY LIMITED) as Senior Engineer(Test Engineering). (Associated with the following works given below)

Currently leading Senior Engineer(Test Engineering) of Aerospace and Defence business unit.

Experience in Aerospace and Defence, Healthcare, Industrial projects.

Expert in the development and maintenance of manually operated / automated test stations.

Excellent in project management which include: analysing customer requirement, procuring quotes, identifying activities, lead time study, submitting NRE+ test time, preparing schedules, product qualification and transfer ,providing maintenance support etc.

Knowledge in Online/ Offline programming methods and test methods like ICT, FPT, BST, specialized in FCT.

Expert in handling wide range of measurement & automation equipment like Power supplies, Oscilloscopes, Digital Multimeters, VNAs, Hi-Pot testers of various make and models and machines like Climatic chamber, Vibration tester, ICT machines.
